Return Policy

We try our best to make your shopping experience easy & carefree.  However, we know not every item will exceed your expectations every time, so we want to make our return policy as fair and easy to use as possible.  When returning an item, please take note of the following policies/procedures:

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us.
  • Items eligible for return (within 14 days of the date of purchase):
    • Must be postmarked within 14 days of the date of purchase
    • Must have original tags, be unworn and in brand new condition.  If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
    • Must include a copy of the receipt.  If you cannot locate the original receipt, please print and include a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you. Returns received without supporting documentation may be delayed in being processed.
    • If a return meets all of the above criteria, a refund, less shipping costs, will be made upon receipt to the credit card used on the purchase transaction
    • We do not need to be notified of any return(s) prior to sending them to us.
    • Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.
  • Holiday Return Policy:
    • Orders placed on or between Nov 15th and December 24th will be eligible for return until January 15th. Holiday returns must be postmarked no later than January 15th. ALL OTHER RETURN GUIDELINES STILL APPLY.
  • Defective or Damaged Merchandise
    • Please inspect and try on your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return period does not apply.
    • Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to info@avapark.com, including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.  Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
    • Include your first and last name and your order #.
    • You will receive a response from our customer service team within 24 hours.

CLEARANCE, SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR RETURNED ITEMS MARKED AS CLEARANCE, SALE OR PROMOTIONAL.
